Key responsibilties:

Qualification Requirements

• Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree or higher in telecommunications, management, or related fields.
  
• Work Experience:Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  Proven experience in enterprise management and team leadership.
  
• Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.
  Proficiency in Mandarin and English for daily work communications.
  
  

Job Scope

• Prepare monthly closing journal
• Prepare / Review monthly accounts reconciliations and schedules
• Review of sales ledger and purchase ledger reconciliation
• Review monthly inter-co billing and ensure consistent accounting treatment
• Review debtors aging reports and vendors statement reconciliation
• Prepare commissions for payroll submission
• Prepare payroll journals
• Review GST submission workings and GST reconciliation test
• Prepare tax & deferred tax computation for accounting provision
• Budget and forecasts - Provide assistance to reporting team to formulate budget and forecasts
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Accounting & Finance with 5-6 years of working experience or Degree holder in Accounting & Finance with 3-4 years of working experience

Financial Reporting (50%)

• Provide financial information and prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly, and special reports.
• Review reports from the shared services center.
• Prepare Principal reports and handle statistics/surveys.
• Coordinate, prepare, and finalize budgets and forecasts with departments.

Analysis (30%)
