RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Community Health Department, providing administrative and logistical support to our Service Points that provide day care and dementia day care services for seniors requiring personal care while their family/caregivers are at work or needing rest.

Facilities & Operations:

Support Centre Supervisor and Admin Manager in efficient and smooth running of the Service Points:

• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of facilities, liaising with vendors on maintenance matters.

This position reports to the Head of the Centre of Labour Information and Analytics (CLIA) and works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on Rewards, HR surveys and HR consulting projects. The candidate is expected to have interest in the domain areas of manpower, labour and HR.

Responsibilities

• Research, monitor and interpret economic, labour and HR trends and information
• Design and conduct surveys, collect and analyse salary, benefits and other manpower/HR data with the aim of providing valuable insights to HR leaders.
• Plan and execute HR projects along areas of salary benchmarking, benefits review, employee engagement and other talent management programmes.
• Strengthen employers’ policy position on workplace and workforce issues using a data driven approach.
• Execute commercial Manpower/HR consultancy projects
• Support content and delivery of workshops, events and seminars

Job Requirements

• Degree with a major in HR, Economics, Business, Statistics or other related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Designation / Salary to commensurate with experience
• Team player with a growth mindset, meticulous and have a keen eye to details
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the use of Excel, SPSS and survey technologies would be advantageous.

- Perform full set accounting (General Ledger, Account

Receivables and Account Payables)

- Assisting Head, Finance to ensure compliance of internal and accounting controls

- Collecting rental-in-arrears from tenants

- Assist in budgeting process and variance analysis

- Submission of finance and regulatory reports to head office

- Corporate governance in a listed company

- Familiarity of property or real estate sector

- Use of accounting systems – Voyager (Yardi)

- Proficient in excel

- Application of Financial Reporting Standards (“FRS”)

- Review of Financial Results

- Management of Debts

- Familiar with Full Set Accounting (General Ledger, Account

Receivables and Account Payables)

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accountancy & Finance w min 5 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in financial institution/banks
