Requirements:

• Atleast 10 years or overall experience preferrrable from Banking Industry
• Familiarity with one or more formal Architecture frameworks / methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN, etc.)
• Implementation/Maintenance experience in Finance/Risk/Regulatory systems
• Ability to understand the banking products, familiar with the regulatory requirements and propose the functional enhancements as roadmap for the bank
• Knowledge on transaction data models, interface patterns and external integrations.
• Practical experience in data modelling, object modelling, design patterns and Enterprise Architecture tool or other software modelling tools
• Familiarity with heterogeneous technology platforms such as Unix/Linux, Windows
• Experience in delivering mission critical, enterprise scale IT solutions, both in-house built and 3rd party vendor products

Responsibilities

• Oversees the capture, analysis and implementation of INSP Finance requirements for TSA Exit programme, including testing approach, migration approach, cutover approach.
• Manages Day to Day interaction with INSP Finance, FCD, FIN IT and TSA Exit delivery teams.
• Execution of relevant UAT and NFR testing requirements for INSP and other Finance teams, including data sourcing for UAT testing.

Main Purpose of Job

Reporting to the Principal Officer, this role is primarily responsible for the oversight of the financial reporting for St. James’s Place International plc (Singapore Branch) (“SJPISB”). The role holder is also responsible for providing business support for SJPISB.

Key Responsibilities of the Job

• Ensure that all financial reporting for SJPISB is in accordance with all relevant reporting standards/requirements and consistent with the relevant accounting policies and standards.
• Ensure that the Key Finance Controls of SJPISB are appropriate including the processing of payments and transfers within the Branch's delegated authorities framework.
• Responsible for review and oversight of quarterly and annual regulatory and tax-related returns including ensuring appropriate sign off and governance.
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly Management Information reports for distribution to SJPISB management and relevant Committees.
• Ensure that all other monthly, quarterly, and annual timetable actions are completed, and the SJPISB's Finance Monthly Task Calendar is signed off accordingly.
