The Vaccines Finance Director Greater China and Intercontinental ensures ambitious, aligned & effective Plans and Forecasts as well as supports performance management and optimization through regular analysis, business insights and right balance of risks and opportunities. • Provide Corrective Maintenance & troubleshooting on-site.
• Perform equipment installation, part change.
• Provide service reports on assigned task.
• Working environment will be clean room or subfab in semiconductor factory.
• Manage the customer services and relationship through providing regular feedback and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with Japanese Engineers and HQ in Japan and provide technical guidance to our team of Site Managers and Service Engineers.
• Defines roles and responsibilities, plans for the department’s future needs and operations; counsels and discuss with managers on performance.
• Coordinating with Site Managers on manpower planning and arrangements.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations division and supervising Assistant Service Engineer to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards.
• Ensuring safe and secure work environment for all employees.
• Ensuring compliance in all procedures including documentation.
• Attending and preparing documents for audit by customers.
• Any other duties assigned by the Site Manager.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree or higher with at least 3-7 years of related working experience with our company's abatement systems in a semiconductor environment.
• Strong ability in handling technical issues and able to propose and negotiate service contracts to customers
• Experience in Semiconductor Fab and Service Audit will be an advantage.
• Good understanding & knowledge of semiconductor facilities & processes will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel daily to various sites and overseas when required.
• Must be self-driven, energetic, resourceful, and good leadership.
• Meticulous and timely in documentation.
• Able to project strong, positive image of self and company.
• Able to build good partner relationship at all level.
• Team player with good communication skill.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the well being of the equipment section in terms of morale, KPIs and long term success.
Set expectations for employees on understanding and compliance to MRB, TECN, 8D, specification requirements.
Regular assessment on risk management with action items identified.
Set expectations on effective use of SPC, FMEA, and other Quality Management System to detect issues timely and with improvement action items identified.
Continuous improvement program in place to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions
Project monitoring system in place to keep track of project status and progress vs fab performance requirements.
Set targets, goals and projects for the section to minimize wafer scrap, defect, rework, and improve process capability to meet operational needs.
Forecast and budget on equipment upkeep cost and any other related expenditures. Drive improvement activities to reduce equipment upkeep costs.
Work closely with Process and Manufacturing Section Managers to address equipment constraint issues, OEE. Optimize metrology sampling to meet quality standard and Manufacturing requirements.
Establish / monitor vendor performance metrics to drive quality and cost improvements. Develop a good working relationship with vendors.
To provide support and adequate resources to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, and participate in improving and maintaining the EHS management system. Ensure good practice of housekeeping on tools, equipment, and materials.
Setup a spare part inventory system that can forecast usage. Ensure employees are disciplined in housekeeping and maintaining the system.
Set performance expectations for employees and have regular review to keep track of performance. Clearly define responsibility and develop empowerment in the group. Jointly work with employees to develop their career path.
Ensure that employees have the required training, knowledge, and competency in performing the tasks.
Develop performance reporting structures so that the employees can document their project in the Knowledge database for sharing and training for future Engineers / AssociateEngineers.

Job Requirements:

Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering discipline
8 years of relevant working experience in Diffusion Furnace Equipment - Semiconductor Industry
5 years of proven track record in a leadership role with strong leadership capabilities
Highly driven, motivated and resourceful
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
Proficient in MS Office and good data analytical skill
