Qualifications and Skills:

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

• Provide reporting and analytics for Client, including but not limited to maintenance activities, inspection and incidents, generate key performance indicators and metrics, budget performance and variance analysis

Working in a construction site leading a team of engineers to supervise M&E subcontractors and laising with consultants and client. Scope involving construction of low rise buildings with underground sevices and infrastructure works. Ability to solve site technical issues and coordination of various M&E sevices.
