Role Overview

The Branch Manager (BM) is responsible for maximizing the satisfaction of the clients and their working environment in order to achieve all the objectives set. BM is also responsible for managing and controlling the operations of all departments within Yunomori Onsen Retreat & Spa in order to achieve the goals and policies set by the Board of Directors.
