Key Qualifications:

Accounts Payable
Monitor and ensure data of inventories/ invoices/ vendor particulars are input into the Accounting System.
Ensure all documentations are well received, invoices tally with delivery orders and ensuring payment are promptly issued within credit term.
Generating of payment vouchers and issuance of cheques.
Ensure payment are immediately entered into the Accounting System upon payment.
Proper filing and book keeping.
Accounts Receivable
Generating invoices accordingly to certified payment.
Follow up on accounts receivable with relevant clients.
Ensure timely collection of payment.
Keeping proper documentations and paper trail regarding related AR matters.
Monitoring of Project
Generate weekly (WIP) Work-in-progress report to reflect revenue, COGS, labour costs and other operating expenses to derive the profitability of the week.
Ensure timely and justifiable certification of payment are provided by Clients.
Keep track of progress claim status and Accounts Receivable.
Finalization of Project
Generate report to reflect the statistics of man-hours/ COGS/ operating expenses and update to system for future reference.
Finalize payment and keep track of retention amount and time frame.
Final settlement of payment and record project reference into “Completed projects”.
Administrative Duties/ Others

As the representative of Vanderlande and first point of contact with the customer, the Senior Operations & Maintenance Manager leads the day-to-day management of the Operations & Maintenance team (50-60pax) at the site.
This role encompasses various responsibilities, including personnel management (such as directing staff and conducting annual reviews), ensuring safety compliance (including maintaining WHS standards), overseeing operations to meet service and maintenance benchmarks, addressing daily operational and technical issues, maintaining quality standards, and meeting financial targets.
Reporting directly to the Lifecycle Services Director APS APAC, the Senior Operations & Maintenance Manager sets the standard for the team through his/her work ethic and behavior, continuously enhancing and professionalizing the site-based service team.
Although this position works during business hours, the Senior Operations & Maintenance Manager would be expected to be available as a point of contact outside of business hours as reasonably required (ex. incidents and escalations).
Responsibilities
Manages the responsibility for the site-based team including personnel, safety, operations, quality, and finance.
Manages the day-to-day activities of the team to (over)achieve the agreed service levels while maintaining within the contractual budget.
Plans on preventative and corrective maintenance and can step out of the day-to-day activities.
Initiates and implements improvements to the existing service levels, tooling, methodologies and processes, as well as team culture and behavior.
Maintains a strong service team through initiative-taking development and regular training.
Identifies commercial opportunities and works together with the Sales Engineering team to convert them.
Consults with suppliers and sub-contractors where required.
Manages major incidents and escalations effectively.
Drives constant customer relations improvements.
Ensures that the necessary reports and records are kept.
Ensures that all activities are conducted in a safe environment according to company WHS policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor/master’s in engineering (Technical, Electrical, Mechanical) or relevant trade qualification.
Minimum 5 years in a Senior Leadership role, Operations/Maintenance Manager experience.
Singaporean, Permanent resident, or other valid local working permit required.
Background in automated handling systems, capital goods industry, or system integration business.
Fluent in English communication (verbal/written). Mandarin skills are an advantage.
A strong personality as a leader with a combination of good interpersonal & technical skills.
