I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work

You are required to perform your duties in strict accordance with the company’s instructions. Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, officers’ relationship, administration and mounting of new projects in accordance with the company's objectives. ✓ Ensure on manpower deployment planning align with government regulations such as deploying officer not more than 12 hours shift, deploying officers with notification to PLRD has been completed, deploying officers to site according to client’s contract specs. and etc.

✓ Conduct training and/or arranging training and supervise security officers not limited to security exercises such as Fire Drill, participating in SCDF CERT audit and etc.

The Event and Community Manager will consistently deliver exceptional service to our client through excellent operational, community management and logistical facilities management. The role requires strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and venue management. As the lead for event management, you will need to keep the new attendees and existing clients engaged weekly with content. Job Purpose
