The Manager, Senior Care Division (Strategy & Development) is responsible for driving the growth and strategic direction of PCF Sparkle Care. Key duties include assisting in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for service expansion, and staying updated on industry trends. The role involves leading partnership development, drafting partnership agreements, and ensuring effective collaboration with external partners. Additionally, the manager coordinates internal teams to ensure seamless care delivery and supports the overall goals of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Development:

• Assist the Head of Strategy & Development in formulating and executing growth strategies, identifying opportunities for service expansion, improvement, and innovation in eldercare.
• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives for PCF Sparkle Care, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational objectives and community needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain PCF Sparkle Care's position as a leader in the eldercare sector.

Partnership Development:

• Identify, evaluate, and establish new strategic partnerships that align with the company's mission, objectives, and long-term goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, senior care organizations, non-profits, and community leaders.

Project Management & Measurement:

• Coordinate the seamless functioning of core partnerships and corporate projects.

• Monitor and report on the success of initiatives, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

Qualifications:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in eldercare or healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and partnership development within the healthcare, eldercare or related sectors.

Role Purpose

To lead multi-disciplined project teams, with direct accountability for overall project delivery.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering accepted by Singapore PE Board/BCA with minimum 5 years experiences as a Project Manager with exposures in LTA MRT projects
• Knowledge of best practices in Construction Project Management
• Excellent in Leadership, Analytical, Planning, Organisational, Communication, Presentation skills
• Build and maintain positive relationships with external clients/internal teammembers
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with co-workers who can only speak mandarin.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at St. Andrew's Nursing Home (Tampines North). The ideal candidate will be a senior staff nurse with extensive clinical experience and a robust background in infectious control. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To oversee the team of registered and enrolled nurses, nursing aides and healthcare assistants

Quality and Patient Safety

• Responsible for compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Lead quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Ensures quality audits are planned and conducted periodically. Follow up with areas for corrective improvements
• Promote evidence-based practices or nursing care delivery
• Ensure written policies and procedures and work process are available and up to date to guide the nursing care delivery

Care Delivery

• Ensure the smooth transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community, where possible
• Direct care of the residents to ensure compliance to standards

Infection Control:

• Develop, implement, and monitor infection control policies and procedures in compliance with national guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to infection control protocols and address any compliance issues.
• Provide training and education to staff on infection control practices and emerging infectious diseases.
• Investigate and manage infection outbreaks, coordinating with relevant health authorities as necessary.

Staff Resources

• Ensure appropriate skills mix and adequate manpower resourcing for all shifts and types of services

Staff Development

• Direct and facilitate staff development, skills and competency upgrading through various opportunities. These may include formal education, in-house training or approved online learning programmes
• Guide orientation/induction programmes and preceptorship for all new staff
• Support the Nursing Director in nursing home management and deputizes in her absence

Qualifications:

• Education and Licensing:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  Registered Nurse (RN) license with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  Certification or training in infection control is highly desirable.
  Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required.
  
• Experience:Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior staff nurse or leadership role.
  Proven experience in infection control and management, including handling infection outbreaks and implementing infection control protocols.
  Demonstrated experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  
• Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  Proficient in clinical assessment, patient care, and infection control practices.
  Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
