JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring and executing the seamless integration of financial systems, processes, and teams following mergers & acquisitions. • Develop process to ensure monthly closing performed post-close, in accordance with US GAAP and SOX,, working closely with site finance team to delivering quality financials that is compliant with Jabil accounting policies

• Forecast & Analysis: Financial analysis for acquired business (Forecasts, budgets, models analysis), and integrate into Jabil’s budgeting forecasting process

Process Standardization and Optimization:

• Identify and standardize financial processes to ensure consistency with Jabil’s processes/policies post-integration.

• Work with site finance teams to streamline reporting, budgeting, and forecasting procedures.

• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure that all financial integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls

• US GAAP, SOX and Jabil policies compliance

• Maintain and update financial policies and procedures to reflect new systems and organizational structures.

Post-Integration Support:

• Oversee the stabilization of integrated financial systems and processes, ensuring that all issues are addressed.
