Everlife Holdings Pte. Ltd. is a buy-and-build platform aiming to provide complete solutions for the healthcare and research industries in Southeast Asia and India. As part of the Everstone Group, Everlife invests in manufacturers and distributors in the region covering 3 main segments: Clinical Diagnostics targeting hospitals and diagnostic labs, Life Science targeting academia and research institutions, and Analytical laboratory solutions targeting industrial and manufacturing sectors like oil and gas, pharma, and F&B.
Everlife is looking for a Finance Analyst to support its leadership team, which is based in Singapore. The Analyst will work closely with the senior management team and provide up-to-date and accurate financial reporting to support business decision-making. The Analyst will also participate in strategy and operations projects to drive value creation in the portfolio companies.
Responsibilities:
· Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide full range of finance analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, cash flow planning, and other ad hoc requests
· Financial Reporting: Consolidate and prepare financial statements including sales reports, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flows from portfolio companies and for the entire group
· Management Reporting: Lead the preparation of Management, Board of Directors, and Investor presentation slides/reporting pack
· Budgeting and Planning: Drive the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting process
· Financial Modelling: Prepare ad-hoc financial models, analysis, and projections (e.g., 3 statements, scenario analysis, performance and return metrics, etc.)
· Ad Hoc Projects: Support strategy & operations projects and M&A deals as needed
The ideal candidate:
· Degree in Accounting or Finance
· 2 – 3 years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A, preferably with experience in a Big 4 environment.
· Strong data management & analytical skills
· Knowledge and practical application of financial reporting concepts
· Proficient in Excel, reporting tools, and financial systems
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Responsible, Self-motivated, and detail-oriented
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
