Scope of work:

The Pest Control Manager oversees pest management operations. He/She may manage multiple sites or projects concurrently and is able to manage resources effectively. Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute strategic procurement and contract management support for all directly invested projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Relevant experience in preparing Tenders for Building, Civil & Infrastructure, and interior design works across infrastructure, industrial, residential, and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with Contracts, Law, and local legal requirements, with strong contractual and pricing knowledge in Vietnam, Indonesia, and China being an advantage.
• Professional qualifications from recognized Quantity Surveying bodies (e.g., SISV, RICS, MRICS) are preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
