Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Report to Financial Controller who is a qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant
• Liaise and coordinate with outsourced accounting firm on finance matters.
• Manage Account Payable and/or Receivable
• Ensure financial records are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
• Work closely with the Financial Controller to maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance with company’s policies and good governance, practice and standards.

Administration

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business fields

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a team, you will be responsible for the group consolidation and financial reporting, preparing financial statements and annual report for the Group.
• Assist in compiling full set of accounts at a group or subsidiary level and monthly management report

Requirements:

The Finance & Admin Executive will be responsible to provide support for the finance and administrative functions in the daily operating of the head office/ day activity centre in Upper Thomson.
