RESPONSIBILITIES

Position description:

As a Data Analytics Manager (Finance and Equities), you will play a pivotal role within our data team, collaborating closely with product, strategy, finance and engineering teams. Your primary goal will be to maintain our finance and equities business data pipelines, derive actionable insights from extensive datasets, influencing strategic decisions and driving equities growth. • Assist the Finance manager on preparing monthly Group reporting reports
• Group Authorisation Matrix Coordinator/ Communicate, discuss, and set policies and processes
• Preparing yearly budget and monthly rolling forecast for Holding Company and support Corp Office on financial planning as required.
• Annual Credit Review of key customers
• Financial Controlling Duties (Net Working Capital Report, AR/AP Aging Report, Inventory Aging Report, Group Tax Controlling (CIT, TPD), Group Capex Controlling and Coordinator)

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting/ Finance
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in commercial/audit
• Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel
• Knowledge in Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion knowledge will be a plus

Job Responsibilities

Financial

• Assist in Financial closing of the books in BU (Provision, Accruals, Billing, Processing payment, pass JV etc)
• Assist in Annual Budgeting, Monthly Forecast activity using in-house tools
• Financial controlling / monitoring
• Variance Analysis and commentary on financial numbers: FC vs Act vs Budget
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Analysis
• Perform regular reviews on AR / WIP inventory, GRIR, bill due list
• Assist in ad hoc financial topics / reviews / audits

Commercial

• Assist in SO creation, PO creation, ops & logistic, billing and AR collection
• Assist in project creation, PO creation, project ops & logistic, billing and AR collection
• Ops & Logistic include : Follow up delivery, coordinate shipment with vendor, forwarder, customer and sales team of logistic arrangement; prepare delivery note, and shipping document ; prepare proforma Invoice for COD customer
• Assist in Service order creation, billing and AR collection
• Assist to create material and extend material
• Assist to create Vendor and Customer using in-house tool
• Assist to clear Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt
• Assist to check Timesheet submitted by Engineers and input in Excel File
• Assist to raise PR for Indirect Materials
• Liaise with other colleagues / team members on related topics (GBS,Tax, AC, IT etc)
• Other tasks assigned

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Accountancy or Business with min 3 years of relevant work experience
• Familiar with SAP FI, MM and PS modules
• Able to manage various stakeholder for FC and project related topic
• Able to multitask high volume activities
• Organized and meticulous
