The Finance Manager / Accountant is responsible for managing the financial health of the company by overseeing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and financial forecasting.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders.
