• Prepare and provide performance management-related reports for various conferences organized by the ASEAN/ISAMEA Regional Business Supervisor in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in managing related organizations at the head office, operating companies, regional headquarters, and business management in the accounting and finance fields
• Thorough knowledge in accounting systems (SAP, STRAVIS), cost accounting system systems (FG-COMPASS), core systems (WINGS), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Experience in negotiating with audit firms, consultants, national tax authorities, and contractors in the Accounting and Finance fields
• Good spoken and written English
• Meticulous, organized and detailed oriented
• Possess expertise knowledge of the fastening industry is advantageous
• Prior experience in Accounting and Finance experience in manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Possess experience in project management preferred
• Minimum 10 years of Experience in overseas posting and/or project management preferred
