• To oversee the booking and estate management of the shared facilities in Campus. The shared facilities include Auditorium, Arts Centre, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Futsal Court and Tennis Courts.

• Source for opportunities for external bookings of shared facilities (e.g. concerts, workshops, conferences, events) and facilitate bookings of both schools and external parties;
