You will be a part of the IAG Shared Service Department who serves as integral part of defining and implementing strategy based on the direction of the IAG Group. You’ll lead and manage the Finance Shared Service and responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of deliverables in accordance with the service levels agreed with its customers and Income Insurance Group finance requirements.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Part-Time Office Manager (Admin/Finance) for a minimum period of 6 months to join our small and dynamic team.

• Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Working Days: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• Working Hours: 9 AM to 1 PM
• Work Mode: Hybrid (1-2 days in the office weekly)

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative and HR support.
2. Collate receipts and tally project expenditure.
3. Manage invoicing and track payments.
4. Handle basic communication emails with partners.
5. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
2. Basic skills in tracking expenditures using Excel (accounting background not required).
3. Ability to multitask and work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose of Job:

• Handle a spectrum of finance-related activities that include financial accounting and reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, audit and tax matters
