An exciting opportunity as an Electrical Supervisor QC awaits the successful candidate. The Electrical Supervisor shall supervise the subcontractor’s activities during electrical installation.

· Support to interface with site Electrical Field Engineer and Quality Manager.

· Assist to supervise Subcontractors during installation of Support Fabrication, Junction Boxes, Cable trays, Raceways, and other electrical accessories.

· Assist to supervise subcontractors during execution of work in sub-station, fabrication of bus ducks, bus bars, termination of power and control cables complete with respective labels, tags and number as per drawings.

· Assist to supervise subcontractors during installation of power panels, distribution panels, lighting panels, control panel and execute termination, loop check of cables.

· Assist to supervise the installation of fire protection system, fire alarm control panel,(FACP) heat detector, smoke detector, fire suppression pull station, fire alarm horn and beacon lights.

· Assist to supervise the execution of works on motor operated valve (MOV), emergency injection valve (EIV), and air operated valve (AOV), for the proper operating condition on each limit switches open closed command torque indicator as per vendor recommendation.

· Assist to supervise and execute works on communication through terminal management system (TMS) and digital control system (DCS).

· Assist to supervise the works on cad welding/ cathodic protection and grid grounding

· Assist to supervise the execution of works on pneumatic piping, tubing, stainless fittings, installation of various type of manifold, emergency control panel, uninterrupted power supply and battery rack.

· Assist to supervise the execution of works on tank gauging, various type of transmitter, temperature elements and field communication unit (FCU).

· Assist to supervise the installation of local control panel (LCP), support and conducting of the approve materials.

· Assist to supervise the installation of communication system.

· Assist to Supervise execution of works on various type of analyser.

· Support to implement the Field Quality Control Plan/Procedures and construction specification for Electrical activities.

· Support the Quality Control Manager (QCM) in performing the quality control activities in light of:

· Support in advising on quality control procedures, methods and practices/actions;

· Assist to providing adjustments, when necessary, to QCP and QCR;

· Support to analyse and report the Quality Control results;

· Assist to ensure timely resolution of any QC problems encountered during construction;

· Assist to ensure the collection and filing of Electrical Quality Control Reports issued during the construction works and of any other document certifying the quality of the works in the Construction Quality Dossier to assure traceability of documents, according to itemization criteria by proper filing and indexing controlling data in-put in Easy Plant.

· Support to verify for a special construction activity the compliance with the project specification

· Assist to implement the “Field Non-Conformities Management Procedures”;

· Support to supervise and approve the final account of works and payment through the Project tools (Jeevan & Bio+)

· Report feedback to QCM.

· Support to organize turn-over with pre commissioning and start up engineer.

Job Requirements:

- From 10 years of experience in Electrical Supervision and Quality Control.

- Capability to coordinate Construction Subcontractor’s Supervision team and labour crew involved in construction activities.

- Knowledgable in the follow tools or equivalent such as: Si.ge.ore, WPS, MDM. Key user knowledge of Jeevan, Bio+, Easy Piping, Easy Plant, Const. Sim, Primavera, SPMAT, ACAD/Revit will be an added advantage

- Experience in Oil and Gas projects, ideally in Petrochemical/ Refinery will be an added advantage

- Able to start within short notice and for a short term duration will be a plus
