Requirements:

• 6 years of combined experience in infant formula, beverage, food or pharmaceutical industry in R&D, technical services or manufacturing functions, with at least 3 years of those spent working in manufacturing lines or pilot plants.
• Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience as Process Engineer operating key process technologies related to spray drying, dry powder blending, powder conveying and liquid processing.

Job Descriptions :

• Prepare loadout plan and SOP for loading of barges and Supply vessel
• Prepare Risk Assessment.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of Supply boat/barge.
• Deploying workers to match operational needs, and ensuring certificates/permits are in place.
• Facilitating communication between the internal departments and Operations.
• Conducting audits to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Conducting daily toolbox briefings/meetings with the workers.
• Proposing improvements to workflow to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Overseeing cargo handling operations, including lashing operations to secure cargo on barges.
• Regularly check in the lifting tools tally with the certifications.
• Arrange/monitoring workers after working hour jobs, etc. OT.
• Other duties assigned by the management.

Job Specification :

• Candidate must possess at least “O” level qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marine Industries or Logistics.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Ensure smooth operation of warehouse and logisitc team

- Ensure proper SOP are followed and safety regulation

- Handling of warehouse inventories, equipment & vehicle maintenance

- Accountability of all warehouse items

- Good Housekeeping of warehouse

- Assist and handle manpower allocation and stock weight

- Monthly stocktake

- Required to assist in picking, packing, sorting, unloading, loading of cargos.

- Must have forklift license
