• Lead the Finance team in monthly and year-end financial reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and timely completion of audits
• Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads and senior management to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making
• Oversee financial modelling and cost analysis to ensure the hospital’s resources are optimised to meet strategic objectives
• Manage funding submissions and proposals, including subvention and capitation funding, to address sustainability concerns and ensure financial viability
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial reporting, governance, and risk management matters
• Ensure internal control frameworks are robust and aligned with governance policies to mitigate risks and support compliance
• Support and contribute to the planning and implementation of financial processes for the hospital’s redevelopment and transition
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce administrative burdens, and achieve operational excellence

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Finance/ Business or related studies
• 15 years of similar work experience, preferably with exposure to large professional services firms or multinational organisations
• Prior experience in working with complex financial systems and managing large-scale audits or financial planning processes will be advantageous
• Proficiency in SAP (FI-CO, MM) or S4/HANA, MS Office applications and data visualisation tools
