Responsibilities:

1. Plan and oversee the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and reporting packages of a portfolio of companies;
2. Oversee the month end closing process for a portfolio of companies;
3. Supervise a team of junior accountants/executives in day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll;
4. Plan, oversee and/or execute the consolidation of financial statements;
5. Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
6. Lead or assist as appropriate, the financial management services;
7. Research, analyse and provide accounting advice on specific or complex business transactions as and when assigned;
8. Handle consultancy and business advisory projects upon assignment;
9. Undertaking ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years (Senior) or 5 years (Supervisor) working experience in similar field with some years of external audit experience or outsourcing function within corporate service providers.
2. Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or their equivalent.
3. Well-verse in SFRS, IFRS and generally acceptable accounting practices.
4. Good knowledge of internal control, risk management and corporate governance.
5. Sincere and committed, good time management and problem-solving skill, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently within fast-paced environment, effective verbal, and written communication skill.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
7. Knowledge of modern automation tools and those with IT background or experience are encouraged to apply.
8. Strong command of English, and a 2nd lanugage

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out all responsibilities of an Assistant Site Supervisor on a construction site
• Resolve site challenges proactively in a timely manner
• Assist and support the Site Supervisor in handling and monitoring the progress of the project
• Preparing job descriptions and work schedules
• Liaising with the main contractor for coordination work
• Carry out risk assessment and other risk management activities: Make recommendations on risk control measures and Communicate Risk Assessments (RA) to concerned parties

Summary of Qualifications
