Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 9am – 6.30pm, Friday: 9am – 6.00pm
Basic Salary: Up to $4,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide support for finance operations, including timely reconciliation and processing of transactions for reimbursement/recovery as part of the centralised processing framework.

· Assist with the implementation of transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

· Assist in developing training materials for new financial procedures as part of change management.

· Other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· At least 2 years’ experience in Finance will be preferred.

· Experience in Advanced Excel, VBA, RPA, process innovation will be an advantage.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• To assist the Finance Manager in handling, mainly, the Accounts Receivable / Invoicing function.
• Liaison and coordination with operations.
• Data needs to be analysed for accuracy before closing.
• Other admin duties as assigned.

• Preferably experienced AR in logistics/industrial environment

Building Supervisor ( Part Time / rotating shift)

• Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Complies with all company safety regulations and promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Executes all work assigned and deliver in a timely manner.
• Documents facilities maintenance requirements: maintains appropriate records of work performed.
• Responds & inform HQ regarding repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
• Collaborates and monitors to ensure the proper, complete and safe work executions of contractors as needed.
• Assist in operations on ground as and when required
• Conduct daily facilities inspection to identify any defects/issues
• Determine and analyze the cause of defects,breakdowns and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences
• Liaise and supervise contractors on facilities repair / renovation ensure work are carried out in accordanceand any other related duties assigned by Management
• Coordinate and assist facility supervisor in daily operation of the Mechanical & Electrical services

Job Requirements

• Minimum O level / NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical/ Building Services/ Facility Management or equivalent)
• At least one year of experience in building maintenance and facilities
• Able to work as a team as well as work independently.
• Can work under minimal supervision and is pro-active
• Able to work on Saturday ,Sunday & perform shift duties.
• 8 am to 2pm /2pm to 8pm , 6 days work week

Broad Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordination and scheduling of project activities in the key stages of data migration, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT);
• Documentation of key discussions, follow up actions and preparing presentations for internal approvals;
• Performing data analysis, crunching, reconciliation and cleansing;
• SIT and UAT coordination with various Markets, follow through issues and re-test and closure;
• Completion of relevant change management documentation including training materials;
• Documentation of specific scenarios handling, learnings, etc. from SIT and UAT to be incorporated as part of users guides, for go-live readiness.

Requirements:

• Finance and Accountancy – Accounting standards, basic Finance processes; and/or
• Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Performance Analysis, Business Analytics; and/or
• Information Systems, Digital, Data & Analytics.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English (and Chinese for one of the interns)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio
• Software/application skills e.g. data blending/query tools"
