Accounting and Financial Management

• Maintain the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Liaise with the corporate secretary on statutory submissions, including resolution preparation, ACRA filings, and maintenance of corporate registers.
• Ensure proper accounting records are maintained and that financial policies and procedures are adhered to.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in quarterly budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Prepare and review financial reports to support informed decision-making.

Administrative and Operational Support

• Administer payroll processing, CPF submissions, and staff benefits.
• Process invoices for payment and refunds to customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Support operational administrative tasks such as providing bank statements and processing financial documents.
• Assist in purchasing, report typing, invoicing, and other admin-related activities.
• Register trainees in the TPGateway system.

Ad-Hoc Duties and Collaboration

• Support and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or any relevant qualification.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Operations

• In charge of General Ledger including month-end/year-end accounts closing process.
• Supervise and review the work performed by Accounts Receivable/Payable officers.

SCOPE

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for directing and controlling the day-to-day housekeeping operations on the Floors or in the Public Areas in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. He/She will assist with the allocation of task and special assignment to the housekeeping team and will check and inspect guest rooms and the turnover of spaces to ensure guest satisfaction.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES

• Allocate and direct the work assignments of supervisory and non-supervisory staff in an efficient manner to ensure that guests and other departments receive prompt and courteous service.

• Strengthen the management base of the YHA with a focus on finance, accounting, and taxation in the ASAO Region
• Accounting Rule Operation: Monitor whether operating companies in the ASAO region comply with YKK GAAP, ASAO Guidelines, and YKK Group regulations, conduct operations in the areas of accounting, finance, and taxation, and work with the head office and operating companies to resolve problems and issues.
• Compile tax audits, tax litigation support, financial strategy planning, cash flow improvement support, investment-related project support, management of YHA Finance & Accounting Department
• Solve problems and issues related to cost accounting systems that may arise at operating companies in the ASAO region in cooperation with the head office and operating companies.
• In cooperation with the Internal Audit Office, investigate and monitor accounting-related fraud at operating companies in the ASAO region.
• Host Annual Regional Accounting meeting that would involve finance and accounting personnel from operating companies in the ASAO region.
• Work with operating companies in the region to develop potential financial and accounting personnel to ensure smooth transition of finance and accounting processes
• Provide support for the improvement of the business plan formulation process and granularity of operating companies in the ASEAN/ISAMEA region, as well as the methods and granularity of income and expenditure analysis methods and granularity by comparing them with the previous year and plans, in accordance with the policy and direction of the business summary
• Provide timely reports that will enable business managers and operating companies in the ASEAN/ISAMEA region to appropriately judge their performance and take the following actions
• Prepare and provide performance management-related reports for various conferences organized by the ASEAN/ISAMEA Regional Business Supervisor in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in managing related organizations at the head office, operating companies, regional headquarters, and business management in the accounting and finance fields
• Thorough knowledge in accounting systems (SAP, STRAVIS), cost accounting system systems (FG-COMPASS), core systems (WINGS), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Experience in negotiating with audit firms, consultants, national tax authorities, and contractors in the Accounting and Finance fields
• Good spoken and written English

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring adequate provisions for staff training, development, and operational needs.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Account Receivables Finance Executive to join our digital services company based in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the invoicing process, managing client relationships for time validation, sending invoices, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. You will also play a key role in supporting overall cashflow management processes.

The ideal candidate should have between 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role within a service-oriented business. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal business stakeholders are essential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Singapore Invoicing (Accounts Receivable)

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients on time, ensuring all billing details are correct and in compliance with contractual agreements and group policies.
• Manage the invoicing cycle from the creation of invoices to the resolution of any discrepancies.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain a professional and cordial working relationship with clients to validate time and billing details.
• Address client queries regarding invoices and payments promptly, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.

Monthly Closing

• Perform the monthly cut-off according to the group's methodology to include the cut-off in the monthly financial reporting
• Reconciliation of production vs invoicing:
• Accrued revenue follow up,
• Deferred revenue follow up,
• work-in-progress follow up on fixed price projects

Collections & Follow-up

• Monitor and track outstanding payments, ensuring clients pay on time while providing reminders and follow-up when necessary.
• Proactively engage with clients to resolve any delays in payment, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the collection process.

Cashflow Management Support

• Contribute to the overall cashflow management process by providing regular updates on receivables and assisting with forecasting.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of outstanding invoices.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial management within a service-oriented or digital services company.
• Strong understanding of invoicing procedures, payment follow-up, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with invoicing software is a plus.

The position
As a Senior Finance Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
