Key Responsibilities:

As a Finance Intern, you will support various tasks within the Finance Department, including:

Accounts Receivable Support:

• Assist in the billing process, including the issuance of invoices to customers.
• Help track and manage customer payments throughout the billing cycle.

• Support in managing cheque payments, including filing and documentation.

Accounts Payable Support:

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Finance function which includes:

Job Scope:

• Comply with MOH’s requirements for monthly Casemix and Subvention data submission, quarterly submission of Financial Performance Report and any other reports by ensuring proper accounting, accrual and reconciliation of all subvention revenue including tracking and follow up on cash disbursements.

· Work with group finance and entities for timely consolidation.

Cashflow & Banking

· Address internal and external banking-related queries.

· Payroll Accounting

· Prepare payroll journal entries and ensure accurate posting.

· Support commission payments as per commission structure.

Process Improvement & Compliance

· Identify and drive process improvements for AR, AP, and finance workflows.

· Support internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Other Duties

· Act as a key point of contact for AR/AP queries and support ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences
