You will be managing the day to day activities. You will be responsible for arranging meetings for the staff, provide them necessary official documents and keep a record of the appointments within the office. You will be also arranging monthly repairs and renovations.
Maintain the quality, environment, and service standards in the area. Quality includes: people, objects, equipment, facilities, and working methods. Understand the work situation, work attitude, service quality, and relationship with guests of the personnel in the area, check for unsafe factors, and deal with them in time to avoid losses. Supervise on-site, implement the reward and punishment system, improve work efficiency, and assist in handling emergencies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of financial activities including oversight of management accounts reporting, forecasts and budgeting, cashflow management and statutory compliance
• Manage a team of 4 to ensure day to day activities are executed timely
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning process with various stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met
• Drive compliance through audits, internal controls and financial/accounting policies and procedures
• Implement financial management and cost controls to ensure cost efficiencies across all functions
• Forecast and monitor cash flow position to manage working capital requirements of the Group
• Monitor company performance Vs budget to ensure various teams stay on track on their KPIs
• Ensure that monthly and annual financial statements and management reports at entity and group level are prepared and submitted in a timely manner
• Ensure that month end closing procedures like inventory recording, petty cash management, store audits, fixed asset register update are completed timely
• Liaise with external parties like auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretaries etc. and ensure accounting, tax, corporate, statutory and regulatory requirement
• Oversee HR functions, ensuring alignment with financial and operational strategies.
• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support recruitment and retention strategies, fostering a positive work environment and employee engagement.
• Liaise with landlords, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and support outlet onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure all financial and operational requirements.
