7) Able to work on split shift, night shift, weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays during peak seasons.

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

- Fluent in speech and writing for both Mandarin and English. Able to translate both ways.

- Coordinates job assignments and cross-training between and within divisions.

- Provides feedback on employee work performance.

- Prepares reports and updates for upper management.
