Our Healthcare Client is looking for Senior Finance Manager to lead the accounting function and processes. This role will ensure the timely and accurate reporting of the orgnaisation’s financials while collaborating closely with operational teams and shared services. The Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in activities such as statutory audits, month-end closings, and cash flow management, supporting the organization’s objectives and financial sustainability.

Job Requirements

Business Planning:

• Analyze operational performance, industry dynamics, macro-economic trends, and the competitor landscape to provide analysis and insights that link financial information to business strategies.
• Leverage expertise in financial modeling, business planning, analysis, data visualization, and technical skills to recommend targets for improvements to achieve fiscal and operational goals.

Business Performance Monitoring:

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Participate in or lead improvement teams and projects impacting the Clinical Ops Finance team, Finance Department, or system stakeholders.
• Utilize a variety of query tools, analytic techniques, and software platforms to analyze large quantities of data from multiple sources, proactively identifying appropriate analyses and tracking methods needed to take action on opportunities.

Leadership & Mentoring:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Partners partnering with clinical departments.
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with Clinical & Operations leaders, proactively identifying opportunities for improving productivity, cutting costs, and increasing revenue.
• Liaise with external stakeholders on ad-hoc data and analysis requests and clarifications.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field
• At least 10 years of Finance Experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in leading and managing teams
