Descriptions:

• Lead the establishment of a finance shared services centre
• Manage billings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and GL accounting functions under a shared services centre
• Define and agree SLAs with key stakeholders, including KPIs, and manage performance
• Proactively manage and monitor overall shared services centre performance to drive accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting fields
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing a finance shared services centre
• Strong technical accounting background and knowledgeable about taxation
• Prior experience in driving system improvements
• Customer focused, with service-delivery and flexible mindset
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective and strong written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills
