About the Role:

• Manage and support the overall financial reporting and financial closing in compliance with US GAAP, FRS, and Group reporting requirements, and financial analysis for various entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage patient's needs and care within the clinic, manage other staff and directly report to the director.
• Treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience.
• Professional at perceiving client needs through spoken language, body language and other cues and modifying their treatments accordingly.
• Report to the owner or manager of the business.
• Provide 30-60 minute massages to clients by appointment.
• Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most.
• Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions.
• Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body.
• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods.
• Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients.
• Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Relevant education certification of massage therapists
• Experience working in a spa preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Time management abilities
• Demonstrated sales and customer service skills

Responsibilities include:
-Assist in daily operations
-Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen is properly maintained and clean
-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliceny.
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
-resolving of conflicts in a professional way

• Assures the staff follows state and company rules and regulations properly by maintaining all health code regulations and employee handbook guide
• Maintains or approves various administrative materials such as time sheets, payroll matters, personnel or accounting materials, safety records, OSHA forms, MSPS records
• Directly supervises assigned food production employees
• To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times when on the floor or anywhere around the hotel
• To allocate waiter duties during their shifts and to check that these tasks are completed to department and company standards
• To maintain complete product knowledge of all food and beverages and have the ability to promote them
• To focus on quality and consistency in all areas, food and beverage quality, ingredients, guest service, cleanliness
• To make sure that orders are taken politely, accurately and efficiently
• To be aware of the general operating procedures within the department and the hotel
• To ensure all stock is available at all times and to order with the relevant department when necessary
