Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The job scope shall be managing the group’s regulatory, licensing and operating compliance, reporting and administration functions. This shall include drawing up enterprise risk management programmes for new funds being set up and operating companies that are invested by our funds. The staff shall also be assigned ad hoc risk management related projects related to the above responsibilities from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in accountancy, business, law or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit or any related risk management roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous

-Oversee food preparations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliancy.
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
-resolving of conflicts in a professional way

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of outlet operations
• Maintain high quality standard in customer service and cleanliness
• Supervise and train crew on the technical competencies in each functional area of the outlet, kitchen and counter
• Ensure disciplinary standards are met
• Manage stock inventory
• Preparing of hot / cold beverages. Responsible for providing quality beverages consistently for all customers
• Provide excellent customer services at counter
• Required to follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure good hygiene standards
• As part of Supervisory role, to assist in other stations, when required

Requirements

• 5.5 workdays - 12 hours (including a 2-hour break) for one day / 6 hours (including 1-hour break) for half day / Flexibility: Either Saturday or Sunday workday
• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O/Diploma
• Resourceful with a high degree of initiative and maturity
• A team player with good leadership and customer service skills
• Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• Prior experience in food preparation & bread toasting
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
• Preferably with experience in traditional coffee/tea preparation
• Possess Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1
