Job Description

• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages through making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant customers.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and skilled Building Supervisor / Senior Technician to perform and oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems within our property. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our facilities, and the ability to manage a team of technicians. This role reports directly to the Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Maintenance & Repairs

• Assist term contractors to perform maintenance and repair of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and ACMV systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and execute timely repairs.
• Assist in implementing preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.

2. Operational Support

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

3. Vendor Coordination

• Support coordination with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or National ITE Certificate (Nitec), or Higher National ITE Certificate (Higher Nitec) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and ACMV systems.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle and process full spectrum of Trade Finance transactions (Import /Export LC, Collection, Commodity Trade Finance, Invoice Financing, Trade Loans, BG, SBLC issuance).
