We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager for Vision Finance, based in Singapore. This pivotal role will focus on providing financial stewardship and strategic guidance within the Vision Care Cluster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing financial literacy, ensuring accurate forecasting, managing distributor relationships, and maintaining a compliant operating environment. You will also be leading a team of finance analysts, based across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial stewardship and budgetary ownership for the Vision Care Cluster, ensuring robust financial governance.
• Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team to provide franchise finance partnering and strategic insight into franchise projects and initiatives.
• Drive the Training agenda and mentorship engagement for the Vision Finance Team, enhancing team capabilities and empowering members.
• Ensure the alignment of compliance standards and processes, reviewing distributor operations in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Manage a diverse team of BU Finance Controllers, FP&A Analysts, and finance leaders, fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting senior management with strategic financial insights. • Oversee and manage full set of accounting functions, including preparation of journal entries, financial schedules, and monthly cashflow statements.

Requirements:

• Education and Certification:
