Requirements:

• A Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with a strong foundation in Singapore’s finance laws and regulations.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing, with exposure to the marine industry.
• In-depth knowledge of costing and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in using business system packages and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated, and action-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

THE ROLE

The incumbent manages a technical team with the objective of Building, facility and Utility machinery improvement, New Machine Installation, project works and contractor improvement schedule as well as company facility function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance to Regulatory, Safety and Standards (GMP, ISO)
• Carry out scheduled maintenance of building and facility equipment
• Ensure all facility equipment is in good working condition
• Lead, supervise and motivate the team of technicians
• Ensure expenses are within the budget
• Ensure proper project management
• Liaise with contractors and PE to ensure proper maintenance work is carried out
• Liaise with Pest Control and Grass Cutting Contractors timely
• Ensure the documents and reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner
• Develop training program to build up the team capability
• Ensure and comply to Safe work practice at all time
• Drive continuous improvement program
• Carry out any other work-related job as assigned by the Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably at least NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering/ Facility Management
• Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience in building/ facilities servicing and maintenance
• Able to work shifts (rotate every 2 weeks)
