· Coordinate and execute the product runs based on the schedule provided by planners and liaise with the production planner on any change or delay in the production schedule.

· Ensure production processes are being carried out according to company and regulatory requirements

· To ensure operator executing production activities by complying to food safety standard with required product quality.

· Ensures all documentation necessary for regulatory compliance is completed accurately.

· Monitor and control of inventory ensure balancing of Raw, unitized and packaging materials include SAP data entry.

· Minimize product loss and maximize plant efficiency by collect and compiles production data. (e.g. Yield and losses, Downtime and Production line efficiency)

· Work closely with site management team to optimize production planning with ongoing activities such as maintenance stops, project works, etc

· Updating Pro-soft including validating staff timesheets, Overtime and transport claims.

· Maintain and verify Production Report and Perform daily visual inspection in the plant.

· Maintain plant safety by providing daily briefing. (e.g. Toolbox meeting & RA briefing).

· Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule for equipment inspections and training.

· To prepare work schedules and assign workers production line tasks provide the best and safe working environment possible.

· Root Cause Analysis. To trouble-shoot, identify the problems and provide solutions. Prepare Incident Report and staff Counselling report.

· Backup line leader when short of manpower.

· Assist to resolve employee issues and disputes.

· Identify issues to improve efficiency and suggest improvements via SGA.

· Provide coaching and guidance to the operator to meet company goals and continuous improvement.

· Organize and develop workers skills, establish job expectations and evaluate work performance.

Requirements:

· Min Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant experience in F&B manufacturing environment

· Good knowledge of GMP & WSH requirement

· Experience in managing people

Responsibilities:

• Construction Supervision for HVAC activities
• Coordinates with Engineering / Procurement / QAQC / Commissioning
• Evaluates and finalize sub-contractors
• Assigns tasks and manage HVAC PMT
• Manages and guide subcontractors for HVAC Fabrication / Installation and Sub-system completion
• Coordinates and liaise with other discipline to expedite system handover and prioritize construction sequence
• Addresses and resolve interface issues with Engineering / Construction / vendors
• Reviews and monitor day to day work activities and make the job compliant to project specification
• Develops quantifiable benchmarks so that the scope is understood and everyone knows when the goal shall be achieved or completed ( eg KPI)
• Demonstrates leadership in managing the subcontractor and immediate supervisor.
• Production planning and control of day to day activities, coordinating with the subcontractor and discuss on the outstanding activities during the weekly progress meetings and arranging materials for the subcontractor to move with the job
• Reviews drawings and discuss on the installation and construction feasibilities
• Coordinating with team members in the preparation of the Risk assessments / Method statement for the activities related to HVAC activities
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion
• Identifies and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Inducts safe work practice and procedure among fellow colleagues and workers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Marine Offshore or equivalent industries
• Experience in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas , Offshore Renewables & System will be an added advantage
• Possessing knowledge of understanding drawings will be an added advantage
