• Drive the Training agenda and mentorship engagement for the Vision Finance Team, enhancing team capabilities and empowering members.
• Ensure the alignment of compliance standards and processes, reviewing distributor operations in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Manage a diverse team of BU Finance Controllers, FP&A Analysts, and finance leaders, fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation.
• Oversee business planning cycles and lead financial forecasting efforts tailored to the Vision Care Cluster.
• Challenge market business assumptions, providing financial independence in projections and developing alternative solutions as necessary.
• Engage with cluster office and business teams to deliver on key financial metrics and drive simplicity and standardization across processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accountancy/Finance.
• A minimum of 10+ years of finance business experience.
• Proven ability to influence business partners using fact-based data.
• Strong collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust among stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and empower teams while attracting and developing talent.
