Customer Service Supervisor

• Assist the manager in overseeing the team to ensure efficient operations.
• Support daily call center operations to enhance service quality.
• Manage team schedules to optimize workforce allocation.
• Proactively resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle incoming phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Regularly update system information to maintain data accuracy.
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers and coordinate actions/service recovery with various departments when necessary.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus but not required.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to enhance satisfaction.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Accounting and financial reporting

• Manage full set of accounts of Singapore entity in compliance with best accounting practices and accounting standards.
• Hands on month end, quarter end and year end close.
• Carry out financial consolidation of subsidiaries.
• Prepare financial reporting according to local and corporate requirements.
• Manage project cost analytics and reporting.
• Oversee accounting transactions booking and financial report preparation by Assistant Accountant.

Audit, tax and banking matters

• Take ownership on internal and external audit, handle inquires from internal and external auditors, tax agent, tax authorities.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and audit-related documentations.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports, annual income tax filing, withholding tax, etc.
• Liaise with company secretary for corporate finance matters.
• Liaise with bankers for letter of credit, banker’s guarantee, performance bond, respond to bank inquiries.

Sales operations

• Prepare Accounts Receivables Aging report and monitoring.
• Perform invoicing and collection matching to accounts receivables.
• Prepare sales orders, revenue, margin and backlog tracking reports.
• Undertake special assignments and project requirements as needed.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA equivalent.
• Preferably with working experience in handling full set account and in-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and Income Tax Acts (ITA).
• Experience in GST and withholding tax is an added advantage.
• Effective oral and written communication, fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with teams (oral and written).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Good accounting system knowledge.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability or ability to start work within a short period is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities including taking care of workers and coordinating with client’s supervisory staff to manage inspections, etc.
• Ensure that all construction & M&E work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
• Ensure all works are carried out within time schedule, follow the safety protocols, and maintain the required quality.
• Coordinate with fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of M&E works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adherence to schedule.
• Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.
• Attends all necessary M&E work progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
• Embraces safety and ensures all practices comply with safety regulations.

Job Requirement

• Possess relevant core trade certification, BCSS, CSOC, etc highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of M&E Supervisory experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skill.
