- Monitor best-selling items, ensure proper placement, and drive sales performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment and handle operational tasks like inventory checks and stock management.
- Perform merchandising tasks, including floor sets and planograms.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and report any issues such as theft or misconduct.
- Process sales transactions, complete daily closing checks, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support store operations, enforce service standards, and oversee team performance.
- Evaluate team members' performance and provide regular updates to the Store Manager.
- Address performance issues and hold the team accountable for compliance and service standards.
- Train and mentor team members to deliver consistent customer experiences.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and selling skills as a role model.
- Provide product and operations training through continuous coaching and task delegation.
- Foster team engagement and promote a positive work environment.
