ob Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the gas station staff, including cashiers, pump attendants, and store personnel.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure they adhere to company policies and maintain high-performance standards.
Create and oversee staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and non-peak hours.
Operational Management:
Ensure the smooth operation of the gas station, including fuel dispensing, convenience store management, and other services.
Monitor inventory levels for fuel, merchandise, and supplies, placing orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
Manage cash handling processes, including daily reconciliation and reporting.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and promote loyalty.
Ensure the gas station maintains a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
Health, Safety, and Compliance:
Enforce compliance with local safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies.
Conduct routine safety inspections and address any hazards promptly.
Train staff on safety procedures, including emergency response protocols.
Sales and Marketing:
Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost fuel and product sales.
Ensure proper product placement and merchandising to maximize visibility and revenue.
Facility Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the station, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with contractors as needed.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and submit operational, financial, and inventory reports to management.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve station efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or gas station operations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
