Job Description:

• Oversee entire construction projects and execute on time delivery within budget
• Manage contractors and construction materials
• Schedule and estimate project completion time to ensure that projects are completed within specified time
• Manage works with Safety and Quality on top priority and ensure that all safety precautions are adhered to by the construction team
• Overview on Compliance and Local Regulations
• Obtain and ensure the necessary licenses or permits for each construction stages
