Role Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring a successful global rollout of the SAP S/4HANA system within the Finance function across all legal entities in HSO Division. The role focuses on leading data migration, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) between Corporate Project team and each entity, and driving finance process standardization to align with SAP S/4HANA best practices. This position serves as a critical link between Finance, IT, and other business functions to ensure seamless system implementation and adoption.

Duties and Responsibilities

Data Migration

• Lead the end-to-end data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and migration process for all HSO legal entities.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and readiness.
• Develop and execute data migration plans aligned with project timelines.

Testing Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee UAT across HSO entities, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Monitor UAT progress, and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure systems are thoroughly tested and validated before go-live.

Process Standardization and Documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document standardized finance processes and policies.
• Ensure alignment of processes with SAP S/4HANA functionalities and corporate goals.
• Provide training and guidance to HSO finance teams on new processes.

Project Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between the HOYA Corporate project team, HSO Finance team, IT, and external consultants to address implementation needs.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA projects.

PURPOSE:

To lead our Order to Cash (O2C) process management by overseeing and optimizing the entire order fulfilment cycle, from order entry to cash collection, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance operational processes and drive continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Process optimization: Streamline and optimize the end-to-end Order to Cash process to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall performance. Conduct regular review and identify gaps against regional standard processes and recommend improvement opportunities in current OpCo’s processes for alignment with the fit to standard implementation of new ERP system.
• Team leadership: Lead a high performing team, providing guidance, mentorship and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Be the subject matter expert in all O2C process areas and able to communicate expectation confidently and clearly with OpCo CFOs, operational managers, business process outsourcing management and service delivery team.
