REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 5 years in a leadership position.
• Experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling.

The Senior Finance Manager will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Executive Director. The Senior Finance Manager will partner with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization.
