• Organise and lead internal project meetings to discuss scheduling, planning, shipments, and any site-related issues.

• Respond to queries and requests for information, ensuring clear communication and updates for all involved parties.

• Provide guidance on technical requirements, ensuring all project-specific architectural finishings meet quality criteria.

• Coordinate cross-departmental activities involving client inspections, delivery schedules, and marketing material distribution

• Supervise material inspection process with client

• Plan deliveries for architectural finishes, ensuring they meet project timelines.

• Conduct on-site visits as necessary to confirm quality and proper installation of materials.

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address issues or delays promptly.

• Liaise with project stakeholders (clients, engineers, architects) and provide progress updates.
