• Maintain accurate shipment records and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Implement controls for inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing warehouse space and processes.
• Use software and automation (e.g., FME, conveyor systems) to improve efficiency.
• Manage the inflow and outflow of shipments, ensuring inventory control best practices.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs for process improvement, customer satisfaction, and cost management.
• Ensure proper maintenance of MHE and compliance with security, safety, and health standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Min 3 - 5 years of experience in Air Freight Operations
• Comfortable with fast pace environment

Duties

1. Is expected to lead various sizes of audit engagements which include planning, performing, reviewing of audit work performed by less experienced personnel and concluding the engagement.

• Strong in SFRS or IFRS knowledge and able to work in tight dateline environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application especially in Ms-Excel & Ms-Word.
• Meticulous, organized and ability to handle multi-task in a dynamic/fast-paced environment.
• A resourceful team player with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to all levels.
