KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the Sales

• Work to hit individual sales target whilst assisting Store Manager to reach the store sale, profit and target.
• Monitors sales through the cash register; resolves discrepancies, prepares, reconciles, and records cash receipts for deposit, and prepares sales reports.

Achieve High Service Standards

• Conduct daily briefings to the floor staff on customer service, month to date sales, grooming and highlights of the day.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.
• Provide exemplary customer services to floor staff and ensure customers’ complaints are handled tactfully in a professional manner with proper follow-up.
• Ensure team is compliant with Brand standards, company SOP and the Code of Business Conduct.

Maintain Best Retail Standards

• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs.
• Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.
• Ensure visual merchandising are implemented efficiently.

Inventory Integrity

• Working together with Managers to manage inventory and minimize stock losses.
• Conduct daily, monthly stock count with the floor staff.
• Monitor and coordinate receiving of merchandise and price tagging according to operation procedures.

Reporting

• Update CRC store compilation in database on frequent basis.
• Responsible for all stock control documentation. Ensure timely and accurate submission.
• To support in collating data for all reports pertaining to sales, customer service, accounts, logistics in a timely manner.
• Any Ad Hoc reporting as required by the Managers

To carry out planning, execution and manage all operational matters with regards to site works.

Liason with Senior managers and officers to ensure smooth work flow.

Allocation of all Logistics and teams for islandwide project and maintenance sites.

Hands On assistance to operations when required.

Coordination with Admin, Stores and HR for all Operations related matters.

We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join our team of finance professionals as a Finance Executive. You will be an integral part of the finance function, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Your responsibilities will encompass covering the full spectrum of the accounts function, which includes:

Accounts Receivables:

Ø Responsible for obtaining timely payments from customer within agreed payment terms and reducing accounts receivable outstanding.

Ø Perform day to day accounts receivable transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivable data.

What We Look For:

Ø Minimum Diploma in Accountancy.

Ø Must have minimum 2 years of related working experience in a similar role.

• Supervision of building matters and liaise with JTC and contractors
• Liaise with contractors on repairs and maintenance

Requirements

• Professional qualification with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Administrative management roles.
• Possess strong knowledge in accounting principles and standard, audit and taxation matters
• Experience in financial planning and forecasting
• Proficient in accounting software (SAGE ACCPAC preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
• Lead and manage the finance team
• Work closely with management and department heads on contract management and financing matters
