Our client, a leading quality food provider and wholesaler, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Finance & Administrative Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for stock-related tasks, i.e, Stock adjustment, item creation, Costing, stocktake, and miscellaneous analysis.
- Preparation of GST quarterly returns and posting of GST-related entries.
- Handle staff claims and audit support.
- Handle daily cash reconciliation and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing, i.e. Accrual journal, prepare balance sheet schedules.
- Assist in ad-hoc finance project in automation of the task.
- Assist in other finance work-related tasks and cover other colleagues when necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent qualifications
- Prior experience as a finance executive or similar roles preferably in Food manufacturing/FMCG/F&B industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlooks, Words, Excel & Navision
- Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude

- Location: West
- Working hours: 5 days work week
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
