• Ensure that quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition.

• Greet customers, make suggestions, and present the menu
• Take orders and send them to kitchen staff via the POS system

Working Arrangement/Hours:
5 days work week

From 10.30am to 9.00pm / 9.30pm (Sun & Mon)

From 10.30am to 9.30pm / 10.00pm (Tue to Sat)

Break time: 1.5 hrs (ALL days) in Millenia Walk outlet

Break time: 1.5hrs (Sat, Sun & PH) and 2 hrs (weekdays)

Salary is commensurate with experience, up to gross salary of $3000.

Location: Tuas

Transport provided from Jurong MRT. Drop off at Tuas & Boon Lay MRT.

Hybrid work mode. Alternate Saturday (Half-days)

Required to take Customs Test:

Passing the customs test is required, and the company fully covers the cost.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the company's facilities and handling any electrical or mechanical issues that arise. This includes regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Power Trips/Technical Issues: In the event of a power trip or other technical issues within the facility, you will need to respond promptly, sometimes requiring you to return to the office outside of regular working hours.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle urgent issues related to electrical or mechanical systems that may disrupt business operations. You will need to act quickly and efficiently to resolve problems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and team members to ensure the smooth functioning of the facilities and resolve any operational issues as quickly as possible.
• Manage and report on the performance of all relevant systems to ensure the ongoing safety and efficiency of the facility.

Requirements:

• Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering is required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to react and attend to emergencies (power failures or mechanical breakdowns) outside of scheduled hours.

• Previous experience as a Head / Lead Baker, running a baking operation and overseeing other bakers
• As a Head / Lead baker you are responsible to produce a full range of breads using the company’s recipe specifications
• Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products
• Ensure adherence to the quality of food items according to the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) guidelines in place. (e.g applying “First in First out!” kitchen best practice as well as ensuring food items are stored in perfect sanitary condition)
• Always observe and adhere to NEA standard for safety and hygiene standards for production, kitchen and culinary work area
• Ensure maintenance and sanitize baking utensils, tools and machinery
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior
