Tasks include: - providing operational support and advice to senior management on matters such as ensuring the efficient use of resources - planning and directing daily operations

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in washing and polishing automobiles and performing related services in automatic car wash: Inventories supplies, such as detergents, brushes, and tire-blacking compound.

• Quotes prices to customers desiring such services as automobile waxing and polishing.

• Accepts payment and makes change.

• Supervises personnel engaged in polishing and washing automobiles or parts of vehicles not washed by automatic mechanism.

• Inspects equipment for wear and arranges for repair or replacement as necessary.

• Resolves customer complaints.

• Keeps records of daily receipts, employee time and wage data, and supplies used.

• May participate in washing, polishing, and performance of other services during peak periods

- Assist the restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of the restaurant, perform opening and closing duties.

- Assist Manager with monthly inventory reporting, planning of staff schedules based on business needs and daily sales record.

- Understand and teach empowerment principles to ensure guests’ satisfaction.

- Carry out maintenance on all restaurant equipment and records, perform daily operation tasks such as taking orders, cashiering, consolidation of daily sales, attend to reservation phone calls and serving food & beverages.

- Good communications skills - possessing high level of empathy with good listening skills.

- Good understanding of health, safety and food hygiene practices.

- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all time.

- Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant to ensure smooth operation.

- Able to work split shift, weekends and public holidays.

- Customer oriented, service focus, responsible and positive working attitude.

- Able to multi-task to lead team in a fast paced and demanding environment.

- Ensure the daily operations are properly executed and performed – in line to assist Restaurant Management to achieve overall business performance goals.

• Responsible for receiving / packing / collecting of parcels.

• Replenish stock, monitor stock expiry & conduct cycle counts every quarterly

• Should be able to work in shifts as per requirement and be able to work in rotational weekly offs and holidays.

Supervisor needs to look after the full operations of the shop and to arrange smooth running of the business. Also needs to co-ordinate with staffs to get them to work correctly without any issues. Allotment of Job is very important. Sourcing to get new suppliers and new customers for the company. If any staff on leave he needs to cover that duty. He or she needs to be multi tasking.
