Oversee efficiency of operational processes

Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT and customer support

• Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and tact, taking immediate action to resolve any issues and improve the dining experience.
• Prepare and manage the budget for the food and beverage department, including forecasting and planning for future needs or expansions.
• Schedule staff shifts, considering peak meal times and special events, to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and quality for food, beverages, and other necessary supplies

Job Description:

• Assist in supervision of motor vehicle workshop operations and parts inventory management.

• Responsible for purchasing and / or installation of motor vehicle parts etc.

• Assist to handle and load / unload motor vehicle parts (up to 70kg each), where required to manage inventory.

Job Requirement:

• With relevant experience in motor vehicle industry.

• Physically capable of performing the above duties.

• Possess good motor vehicle technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

* Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

* Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

* Oversee and coach employees

* Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

* Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

• Operate kitchen equipment according to company and recipe standards
• Follow strictly written instructions and recipes from the company when putting together ingredients and starting a new batch of products
• Packaging and moving of prepared food to storage
• QC of each finished item to meet the quality standards of the company
• Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards

Requirements:

1. Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production
2. Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills
3. Those with at 5 yrs F&B/manufacturing experience are welcomed. Candidates must possess eagerness to learn on the job.
4. Must able to work night shift and split shift
5. Must able to work OT on weekends and public holiday
