• To lead and manage a team of operation crews
• To implement and maintain good operating standards in order to achieve higher efficiency productivity and quality.
• Conduct daily briefing to operation crews at the beginning of the shift, such as communicate about target, quality & safety concern, etc.
• Monitor frequently the service activity and seek approval to adjust priorities or make any changes.
• To work independently with minimum supervision, be resourceful and self-motivated.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
• · Must be able to work night shift and split shift
• · Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

• Oversee and monitor daily operation activity to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity
• Manage daily operation budget and expenses
• Manage daily manpower deployment schedule and duties assignment
• Represent management and assist supervisor to communicate and rectify daily work matter with client's management as required
• Prepare daily operation performance report inclusive of risk assessment (if required)
• Ensure that all protocol and safe work procedures are adhered by all staff on site daily

Job requirements:

• Physically fit and healthy
• Possess good communication skills and can-do attitude
• Willing to work on public holiday or rotating shift , if required
• Possess Forklift operator license or certification will be an advantage
• Certification on risk assessment and workplace safety will be an advantage
• Willing to work night shift and split shift
• Willing to work OT on public holiday and weekend
